Our first steps to get you growing


The Proposal, Contract and Payment

At this stage, your company will receive our proposal that covers your company's current goals and how we can help you achieve them. The proposal will also mention the pricing for each deliverable and the initial schedule.

A meeting will be arranged to discuss relevant deliverables and our initial customer success strategy for your company. Once we come up with an agreement, a contract will be sent shortly. We will start working on the client onboarding process flow and a plan of action after receiving your deposit. Invoices will be sent to you by the end of each month.

Onboarding Questionnaire

Before working with new customers, as part of our client onboarding process, we must ensure that we have all the necessary information to get started with a user onboarding questionnaire. Potential questions may include: 

  • What is your business information? 
  • Who will be our main point of contact?
  • What are your current marketing efforts? Which ones are the most effective?
  • Do you have preferred platforms for ad campaigns? 
  • What are the characteristics of your target audiences? 

Rest assured that your company's information is safe with us. These questions ensure a successful customer onboarding process and help our team understand your business needs.


Getting Started with the Project

After successful client onboarding, we will arrange a kick-off meeting where we will discuss these topics:

  • Introduction of our team
  • A business "cheat sheet" - includes our regular business hours, contact information, emergency contact number, typical response time, and FAQs
  • Coverage of the significant deliverables that you have given us 
  • A detailed timeline of actions, so you will know precisely what are we working on at the specific time.
  • Final Q&A session

That's it! We get started and you get results.


Monitoring - Adjusting - Repeat

We will keep you updated with weekly and monthly updates so you will know the campaign's progress. Our updates include:

  • What has been done?
  • What are we currently working on?
  • Are there any results yet?
  • How are we using the budget at the moment?
  • Are there any obstacles?
  • Do we need any additional information from the client?

Phases 3 and 4 will repeat one after another to optimise the campaign based on collected data and deliver effective results. We will adjust our deliverables whenever necessary to ensure maximum success.
